Experiencial Dining

The Brief: Develop an original idea for an experience-led restaurant, a place which defies expectations and subverts people's preconceptions of what to expect at a restaurant. The concept you come up with should flow through the restaurant's brand, including the visuals, ethos and the tone of the executions.

The Quest at Indianas comes out of my desire to find a restaurant that offers my own family the perfect dining experience. A sophisticated yet laid back environment, with a varied and interesting menu for the adults but an engaging and fun offering for the little ones. Drawing on my memories of Tomb Raider the game and the Crystal Maze, treasure hunting in the "Aztec" for inspiration, as these were the epitome of adventure from my childhood.
